My story
There was a time in my life when I felt trapped in a cycle I couldn’t break. I was overweight, tired, and frustrated. No matter how “healthy” I tried to eat or how much I exercised, I was always hungry and my body ached in ways it shouldn’t. I remember looking in the mirror and feeling like I was missing out on the life I truly wanted.
